Why do earnings estimates need to be reduced by more than 20%?
Exports = ~40% of profits.
In 2000, GAAP EPS fell ~54%, as #exports declined by 7.5%
In 2008, declined by almost 90% as exports fell 7.5%
In 2020, now more globalized than ever, exports are down near 10%.
