Cash Alternatives
Need a place to store cash in the short-term but maybe get a little better yield than money market accounts? This model is a blend of very short-duration bonds and floating-rate funds. The account's value will fluctuate with interest rate changes, but with an extremely short duration, volatility should be minimal, allowing for a slightly better return than just cash.
Fixed Income
If you are looking for an all-bond allocation, this model is risk-managed for changes in interest rates. When rates are rising, the duration of the holdings is reduced to slow the volatility of the account. When interest rates fall, the bond portfolio's duration gets lengthed to provide for greater capital appreciation. This portfolio does NOT hold individual bonds, so there is no return of principal function at maturity.
SimpleVisor Equity Portfolio
SimpleVisor.com website. It is a blended allocation of 60% stocks and 40% bonds and is continually risk-managed for changes to the market environment. The SimpleVisor account can hold fractional shares, so investment limits are unnecessary.
SimpleVisor ETF Portfolio
This is the same model that RIA Advisors uses for their private clients and the same model that gets displayed on the SimpleVisor.com website. It is a blended allocation of 60% stocks and 40% bonds and is continually risk-managed for changes to the market environment. The SimpleVisor account can hold fractional shares, so investment limits are unnecessary.
Clean Energy
Want to save the planet? Fantastic. The Clean Energy portfolio focuses on companies on the cutting edge of new technologies, innovations, and the development of cleaner energy for the future. From electric cars to the energy providers themselves, the portfolio seeks to gain exposure to the areas that are working to save the planet and fight climate change. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly but can be adjusted more frequently depending on market conditions.
All Equity Growth Portfolio
If you are a younger investor looking to grow capital over a longer-term time frame, the 100% equity allocation may be a better fit for you. The portfolio is risk-managed and holds a heavier weight in growth-oriented companies than our more conservative allocation models. As with the other Equity and ETF portfolios, the account can hold fractional shares making investment limits unnecessary.
Small-Mid Cap
For a more aggressive investor, we constructed a portfolio comprised of small and mid-capitalization companies. We use a fundamental screen to select 20 companies that fit into their respective weightings and allocate the portfolio across sectors. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly but can be adjusted more frequently depending on market conditions.
ESG Portfolio
Looking to invest in companies that fit your values? We can do that for you. Our ESG portfolio scans for companies that fit into the Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria and are fundamentally strong candidates. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly but can be adjusted more frequently depending on market conditions or changes to ESG criteria.
Technology Disruption
If you want to invest in companies that are changing the world, the disruption portfolio digs for companies leading the charge in technological innovation and change. This portfolio is perilous and can be subject to high levels of volatility. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly but can be adjusted more frequently depending on market conditions.
Cryptocurrency
For those looking to hook onto the changing and growing world of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, this portfolio invests in the companies behind the technology. No digital wallet is required. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly but can be adjusted more frequently depending on market conditions.
