Pashaa started in the industry with a leading mutual fund company in 2000 where she honed her talents as a Cash Management Alliance Analyst. While on a break for ‘family’ Pashaa Co-Founded the Johara Initiative; a non-profit to benefit underprivileged youth in Houston and Ghana. She served as the Chief Financial Officer for 7 years.

Upon entering back into the workforce, she earned her Series 6, 7 and 66, as well as securing a Texas Group 1 Life and Health Insurance license. Pashaa joined RIA Advisors in 2020, and she has gone on to receive her Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation. Pashaa uses her wealth of knowledge to service our high-net worth clients with exceptional ‘white-glove’ customer service.

She is married and the mother of 3 girls. During her free time Pashaa enjoys volunteering in the Public School system and participates in the AAU/NCAA and UIL wrestling athletic programs.
