Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines. His prior business experience spans more than 20 years in oil and gas exploration and development, and software and systems marketing and business development.
Frank began his second career as a financial advisor in 2005 with a large national financial services firm, where he won numerous awards, including top advisor his first two years. Frank holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, as well as the Group 1 (all lines) insurance license and has attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designations. Frank joined RIA Advisors as a Senior Financial Advisor in November 2018.

Frank and his wife Jeannie live in the Fulshear, Texas area and enjoy travel and sightseeing, watching movies and relaxing at home. Frank is an avid cyclist, riding his bike with friends on the roads west of Fulshear and in the Texas hill country. Frank is a member of the Financial Planning Association and is actively involved in the Houston FPA chapter, serving as a past board member, and doing pro bono counseling and speaking to groups about the importance of Financial Planning.
