Steve Radusch brings over 30 years of financial leadership and expertise in company management, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has held CFO roles across multiple industries for both public and privately held companies. Mr. Radusch has experience in capital markets, IPOs, SEC compliance and financial reporting. He is skilled in strategic planning and development of financial budgeting processes, delivering results that align with business objectives. Mr. Radusch earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
