In 2014, Michole Fields joined the RIA Advisors team, where she serves as Compliance Manager and Controller. Among her responsibilities, she assists in monitoring our compliance program and provides finance support services.

Prior to joining RIA Advisors, Michole worked for more than 10 years in real estate management, where she managed nearly 1 million square feet of commercial property. In addition to her real estate responsibilities, she simultaneously maintained a career in event management.

Michole Fields is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in journalism/electronic media, with a focus on film and video. In her spare time she works with a film production company. In 2020 she earned her first executive producer credit for an award winning documentary short. In her community activities, Michole is a member of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce Leadership Alumni class of 2012 and the University of Oklahoma Black Alumni Society.

A native of Oklahoma, Michole Fields currently resides in the Sooner state and is a co-owner of a family-operated ranch.
