Michelle Ratliffย joined the RIA Team as Marketing Director in October 2024, bringing with her a dynamic background in media and entrepreneurship. For the past eight years, she successfully ran her own small business marketing firm, helping brands grow through creative and strategic campaigns. Before that, Michelle was a familiar face and voice in Houston media, serving as an anchor and traffic reporter for FOX 26 and co-hosting the 740AM Morning Show.
A proud Houston native, Michelle is a graduate of Klein High School and earned her degree in Electronic Media from Texas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through workouts and tennis, cooking for her family, listening to live music, and cherishing time with her husband Danny and their three children.
