In November 2009, Connie Mack founded RIA Advisors in Houston to deliver the highest standards of excellence, integrity and education in meeting his clients’ financial goals and challenges. In the past six years, Connie has built RIA Advisors from a one-person office to one of the fastest growing investment boutique firms in the greater Houston area. Now more than $600 million of assets under management, RIA Advisors now has seven financial professionals who serve a wide range of families, individuals and businesses for a broad scope of financial services, from asset management to retirement planning to 401K programs for businesses to Social Security optimization.
In his role as Founder, Connie is responsible for the overall management and execution of RIA Advisors investment strategies and investment committee. He also serves as RIA Advisors Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Connie works directly with his clients as their financial advisor.
Connie Mack began his career in the financial services industry as a Financial Consultant with Charles Schwab in 2000 in Houston, where he was responsible for developing new accounts and assisting existing account holders with various services. In 2002, he was promoted to Vice President-Client Consultant with Schwab, where he oversaw more than $250 million in accounts for high-net-worth clients.
A native of La Marque, Texas, Connie graduated from Fordham University in New York with a bachelor’s of science degree in Finance and Marketing. Connie holds certifications as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Certified Financial Planner, Accredited Asset Manager, Retirement Specialist and Group One Insurance.
Among his community support activities, Connie Mack served as Co-Chair of Career Gear Houston, a nonprofit organization that helps former military servicemen transition to careers in the private sector as well former inmates and others in need of assistance of joining the workforce.
Connie resides in Pearland with his wife Candice and daughter Camya and continues to enjoy college and professional basketball teams. At Fordham University, he served as captain of the school’s basketball team and played for professional basketball teams in Mexico and Venezuela following graduation.
